The agreement between you and Fast Debt Solutions Now governing your use of our services.

Welcome to Fast Debt Solutions Now. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services and related platforms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

2. Services Provided

Fast Debt Solutions Now offers loan facilitation, insurance brokerage, investment advisory and related financial services. Specific terms for each service are outlined in separate service agreements provided at engagement.

  • Loan Facilitation: We connect borrowers with licensed lenders and assist with applications
  • Insurance Brokerage: We source policies from A-rated carriers on your behalf
  • Investment Advisory: We provide personalized investment recommendations as a registered fiduciary
  • Financial Planning: Comprehensive wealth management, tax and estate planning services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. Certain products have additional eligibility requirements including credit score, income and geographic restrictions.

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
  • Loan products require creditworthiness assessment
  • Insurance products subject to underwriting approval
  • Investment services may require minimum account balances

4. Fees and Payment

Fee schedules for each service are disclosed in writing before engagement. Loan and insurance product pricing is set by underlying lenders and carriers. Investment management fees are charged quarterly based on assets under management.

  • Starter Tier: $0/month — no annual fee, no minimum balance
  • Professional Tier: $49/month — billed annually, $25K minimum
  • Wealth Tier: $299/month — billed annually, $500K minimum
  • Loan and insurance pricing set by third-party providers
  • All fees disclosed in writing before engagement

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Fast Debt Solutions Now and protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify content without written permission.

  • Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action

6. Limitation of Liability

Fast Debt Solutions Now is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Investment outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • Insurance coverage subject to policy terms and carrier approval
  • Investment returns are not guaranteed — past performance does not predict future results
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions (lenders, carriers, custodians)

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees are due upon termination. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate business reasons, including fraud or misrepresentation.

  • 30-day written notice required for service termination
  • Outstanding balances due within 15 days of termination
  • We may terminate immediately for fraudulent activity
  • Account transfers processed within 10 business days

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Connecticut unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or binding arbitration in Connecticut.

  • 30-day negotiation period before formal proceedings
  • Mediation available through FINRA for investment disputes
  • Arbitration conducted under American Arbitration Association rules
  • Class action waiver applies to all disputes

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Debt Solutions Now, its officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fast Debt Solutions Now regarding your use of our services.
